Fried seitan chicken burger with fries ontop. Last time I had the fried chicken at salem the texture was amazing and the seitan "chicken" tore like chicken kind of in layers. This time not so much and was really less "meaty" texture so not sure if the recipe had changed. Otherwise flavours were great.
