Risotto funghi y tartufo

Simple main ingredients: Boletus, chanterelles and truffle. I’m italian 🇮🇹 so quite an expert in risotti eheh and this is good. The original recipe expects parmesan and butter, they created and incredibly tasty and creamy one without those ingredients. Chapeaux! I would repeat! Muy muy rico. En la mesa de 6 personas fue puntuado como el 2º mejor plato tras los tortellini.

Risotto con níscalos, seta ostra, boletus, trufa y lima. Un plato de diez, muy pero que muy sabroso y perfectamente cocinado, además de presentado con mimo. Quizá le rebajaría algo el nivel de sal, pero porque yo soy más bien de comer sosito, pero está buenísimo. Se bebe más vino para compensar y listo. #veganrisotto
