Crispy Noodles

The crispy fried carrots on top were the best part actually. Yes the crispy noodles was good too with good amount of veggies, mushrooms and tofu in thick hot sauce. Seemed light but it’s super filling. The flavour and spices were great.

pretty pricey for crispy noodles at $13.80. noodles weren’t crispy anymore when they arrived because they were laying in the gravy. taste is good but for that price, saute’s crispy noodles are better.

Vegan (and guilt-free) version of Sheng Mian that u usually spot on the menu of your normal Tze Char places here. Initially thought portion would be small but goodness not at all. They were very generous with the vegetables, mushrooms and tofu puffs! A really warm and comforting bowl of noodles on a cooling day. Bonus points goes to the crispy bits on top which added the additional crunch to the entire dish. A definite must try for noodle lovers

Apparently the texture is interesting with a hot soup and crunchy noodles
