Mini Cheesecake

Ok, clearly I'm obsessed with sweets but at least the portions are tiny.  This vegan strawberry lemon mini cheesecake was amazing.  The perfect blend of sweet and tarty.  Highly recommend if you are in the Portland, OR area.

Cute mini cheesecake called Birthday Cake.  It didn’t have a strong flavor profile - I mostly tasted a lot of coconut. I expected more of a vanilla flavor.
