Vegetarian Hor Fun (HK style, wet)

I liked this better than the veggie fried rice, more variety of veggies and lots of sauce. For a seafood restaurant, their vegetarian/vegan zichar (i.e. simply cooked and fried dishes) attempts are decent, but since they mostly specialize in seafood, my expectations are not high. Also reminder to omit dairy/egg from their vegetarian dishes!
