Another very good entree from purple carrot meal service. It was a little more complicated to make than some of their other dishes, as it needed a blender and several different pots and pans BUT when it is time to make meal selections all tools and instructions are available to view before the meal is selected. I love having the option to choose easier meals vs. more complicated ones. The work for this meal was absolutely worth it though. More well spiced sauces and the Koftas were very yummy.
