Pasta Carbonara

Creamy and delicious carbonara pasta, big portion!

Idk why I waited so long to come here. This place is AMAZING. Can’t wait

to go back.

This was very good, but I wouldn’t call it a carbonara sauce. It was cheesy

and oily, and had a great flavor. The shiitake “bacon” mushrooms were great, but they tasted more like caramelized mushrooms than bacon. For the price they should add some vegan chicken or something additional. The portion was very small. Price: $21 for lunch

Pasta, creamy sauce, shiitake bacon bits. Nice to see some fresh pasta for a change,

or if it’s not fresh it’s a really good quality dried pasta. (Restaurant folks, it’s not hard to make fresh egg-free pasta.) This is a bit pricey though.

My favorite dish at Pura Vita, it’s so flavorful and the mushroom is to die

for.
