Vegan Carrot Cake

This was not the best experience. Kinda tasted as if it was old. We had it via takeout and that could be why it wasn't up to standard. Ill try it again to be sure though

A nice moist sponge with just the right amount of spices and sweetness. This was from the Prashad at The Baxter Theatre.

This carrot cake is delicious! It is dense in a good way with light layers of creamy frosting. Very beautifully decorated. So happy to have such lovely vegan cakes on offer :) It was rather expensive though - around R70 a slice

I'm a huge carrot cake fan and this is just so convenient! It's a decent sized slice so it's great for 2 servings.
