This is very original. Never thought that they can turn cauliflower into many creative dishes
These are cauliflower, almond, and potato cakes served with a green mango and tomato herbs salad. These cakes were tasty but I wish it was indicated on the menu that they are deep fried. I also think they would be elevated with a dipping sauce.
