Honestly, as vegans it was a bit of a struggle to get good tasting vegan food from the restaurants in Bibione. We found that almost all restaurants were quite backward and hardly had any vegan options that were good. If there were any, they were not great at all. We were so happy to have found this restaurant. They had so many well thought of vegan options. We ordered the Pegg-y pizza which although did not have vegan pizza, had artichoke cream which was impressive. They were the only restaurant we found who actually used tofu and this pizza tasted really good. The crust was bellissima.
