Vegan Nigiri

Such a beautiful plate of food. This was the assorted nigiri platter where they used ingredients like eggplant and yam to mimic the look and feel of traditional fish dishes. The favorite was the tomato salmon on the left, and the fried yam with sweet corn on the right.
