Miso soup is so healthy for you! 🥣 This one has chunks of tofu in it and magnesium-packed wakame which is the green stuff. I love miso soup and lived in Japan 🇯🇵 for two years but I was still a bit scared by the wakame. 🫢 My partner happily slurped it down. I love seaweed too 🍘 but haven’t eaten it like this much. It was a bit slimy for me and difficult to eat in the soup. I’ll persevere and try again as I do love their miso soup. #veganjapanesefood #miso
