Delicious! Perfect bit of heat from the jalapeño and cool from the tomato and avocado. Crunch from the tortilla strips. A total winner for me!

Super excited to have a New Soul Food restaurant in South Minneapolis that has vegan options! The Mariachi grits are stone-ground white grits, avocado, black beans, roasted vegetables with corn tortilla strips. Delicious!
