The Mariachi Grits is a vegan-friendly dish that combines stone-ground white grits with creamy avocado, savory black beans, and roasted vegetables. It is topped with crispy corn tortilla strips and offers a burst of flavors. Some customers have reported that it is a delightful and tantalizing dish that leaves them craving more. It is available at a new Soul Food restaurant in South Minneapolis.

Delicious!  Perfect bit of heat from the jalapeño and cool from the tomato and avocado. Crunch from the tortilla strips. A total winner for me!
