Seitan Meatballs, Mashed Potatoes with Cucumber Salad

After a long day of walking around and sight seeing, I was excited to visit Lokal Vegan Bistro. With so many options I opted for the meatballs which were the perfect serving size and paired well the sides. This was such a comforting dish and an absolute treat. Wish there were more places like this where I live!!!
