We came here for the Reno Vegan Chef Challenge (January 2023) www.veganchefchallenge.com/reno. This was their entree - I was expecting it to be more savory than sweet. It featured lots of great vegetables - winter squash sauce, Asian pears, red onions. Cauliflower, broccolini. But just too sweet with Marcona almonds and maple syrup glaze - but no plant-based protein for satiety. Overall a good try and we enjoyed our meal very much. 🤞🏻they will continue to participate in future vegan challenges and become more open to adding additional 100% plant-based options to their menu without customers having to tweak anything ❤️🌱
