Teriyaki Mushroom Tofu Bowl

They made this look a lot less appetising than it actually was 😅 Not quite a #hotmess but a mess anyhow. Even so, there was a lot to like about what presumably would've been a pretty fetching #ricebowl were I to dine in 🥲 Quite a bit going on - #edamame, #cauliflower, #broccoli, #lettuce, and #spinach are just the sideshow; the stars of the show are the #tofu (decent), and the lightly breaded #eryngii #mushroom slices that for a moment had me fooled (new #veganchicken contender? 😉) RM19.90 before delivery, more than decent value 🙂

One of my favourite dishes at LeFood. The teriyaki mushrooms are very flavorful, tofu texture is really good. A must try. #veganuary
