Escalopes de Seitan

This is not only the best vegan food I have ever eaten... but possibly some of the best food ever. Classy and original, I will definitely come back!

Perfect, it was so delicious The waitress are so nice ! I ate there with my non vegan sister who was delighted !

It was a dish of the day. The mushroom sauce was very good, but the taste and the texture of the seitan weren’t too convincing for me. Good the vegetables and the gratin dauphinois that come with the main dish.
