Pumpkin Strudel

Cipolla,zucca, formaggio erborinato.. non poteva non piacermi!

This strudel is an explosion of taste! It is crunchy on the outside and sweet (because of the onion) on the inside. The dish is perfectly completed by the vegan cheese cream.
