This is prolly the prettiest croissant I have ever seen. It did not sound great but it looks great. I enjoyed this. Although, I wish the bread was warmed up before serving. I was looking for that light, buttery and not so crumbly texture as a french croissant. This was way too crumbly for me and I didn’t have the satisfaction of pulling the bread as I expected. It’s pretty though and a good size. #vegancroissant #veganbreakfast #veganitaly
