Vegetable dumplings and dried tofu with noodles

Super nice dish!!! The first bit is out of my expectation (thought it would be cold and dry noodles), turns out - - it is warm and with light flavouring (I don't prefer too much salt /sugar) A dish simplicity and elegant. thumbs-up.
