Sundried Plantains

This also came from Vegfest. I couldn't find a menu on the side, so not sure how often they serve it. It's a side dish of sweet plantains and what I'm guessing to be sundried tomatoes and... bbq sauce?? It tasted amazing, I'd definitely get it again. #veganin2022 #vegfest
