Shrimp Scampi Pasta

I absolutely love this dish because of the sauce! It tastes just like I remember a fish sauce, perfectly seasoned… I wanted to drink it! I did not love the so-called shrimp, and would be just as happy to have more zucchini instead, as long as I can get that swoon-worthy fish-like sauce! 

This was my first time trying vegan shrimp! 🍤, in my opinion the pasta was a little dry but overall the shrimp was amazing !
