Japanese-style Cold Soba, served with Fried Mushroom with Lemon Sauce

This restaurant is always so innovative (and somewhat random) in their pairings of their starch and side dishes, but they're delicious anyway. The cold soba was perfect for the summer weather and the fried mushroom was great - the sauce was sweet and sour and the mushrooms were perfectly cooked.
