Opted for the vegan version of the braised Ipoh hor fun, which came with crispy mixed veg gyozas instead of wantons (the latter contains dairy). 🥢🥟 Other toppings included beancurd skin 'chicken', beansprouts, and leafy greens. 🍗🥬 I think they forgot about my konjac 'prawns' 👀 ahaha but no biggie. Generous amount of ingredients! The slim flat rice noodles were silky smooth and drenched in tasty and savoury - albeit slightly oily - gravy. Served with chilli and a bowl of clear vegetable soup. 🌶️🍲 I've eaten this quite a few times across different outlets and still find it enjoyable, though I hope Greendot can have more vegan or veganisable menu items in the future (i.e. switching to vegan mock meat and lion's mane mushrooms)!
