Very interesting dish with a great presentation ..

Love the presentation of the fanciest frittata I've ever eaten — egg-free veggie omelette with hassleback potato and tomato basil ketchup, paired with greens hrvst-ed from the beautiful herb garden at their doorstep

The greens were really fresh and the savoury-sweet sauce was delicious! The frittata had chunks of pumpkin and aubergine, and went well with the other components of the dish. Love their presentation as well! :)
