[ENG] 🌱 During my last trip, I managed to visit a few vegan places. And since I mentioned House of Seitan, I should write more. Because the reason to visit them at Piwna Street on Gdańsk, Poland is, of course, their ramen. A sea of dumplings bathed in glitter and broth.
🌶️ Of course, I started with the signature Spice Girls Miso Ramen. And what a pleasure it was! It's spicy, as the name suggests. But the spiciness is pleasant and balanced. The broth has a delicious creaminess and a salty miso flavor. The "ground" in the chili marinade is fantastic!

[PL] 🌱 W czasie ostatniego wypadu udało mi się odwiedzić kilka miejsc z wegańskim jedzeniem. I jak już wspomniałem o House of Seitan, to wypada pociągnąć temat. Bo to, na co wpada się na Piwną to oczywiście ich rameny. Czyli morze kluseczków skąpane w brokacie i bulionie.
🌶️ Oczywiście zacząłem od flagowego Spice Girls Miso Ramen. I cóż to była za przyjemność! Jest ostry, jak sama nazwa wskazuje. Ale to pikantność przyjemna i wyważona. W bulionie wyczuwalna umamiczna kremowość oraz słonkawy posmak miso. Fantastyczne "mielone" z marynatą chilli, aż szkoda, że nie można poprosić o dokładkę.
