The sauce felt very starchy and wasn’t tomato-y enough.
Classic HK “Pork” Chop with tomato sauce and vegan cheese (with rice — the same purple mix as was in teriyaki bowl ❤️). Assuming it’s labelled partly vegetarian due to dipping/coating of the pork chop?
The classic Hong Kong dish of baked pork chop in tomato sauce, but it's with pasta instead of rice which is a bit weird! Not that it tasted bad, but the pasta just doesn't mix with the rice as well. It's quite dense as well.
