Tofu Pepper Fry

Super delish! It was flavourful and packed a punch. There’s wokhey! Not too oily either :)

This contains soft tofu stir fried in dry pepper gravy and spices. The pepper taste and aroma can be a bit too sharp. But I like how despite being stir fried, the dish is not very oily.

My friends and I were recommended this dish and we gave it a shot - and it tasted good! The tofu pieces were very firm, almost like chewy texture, and stir-fried with a savoury, peppery sauce. #cherishfootprints

This is a solid choice that has a lot of flavor and nicely textured tofu.
