Hong Kong Style French Toast

I haven't had french toast in 7 years. So this was great 😂 Only question I have is, was the toast meant to look abit charred? Or have I forgotten that french toast is meant to look like that 😂 Was abit gelak towards the end though. //10 June 2021

Had been craving vegan French toast for a while now, and this dish hit the spot and certainly exceeded our expectations. The brioche was crunchy and heavenly, and the level of sweetness was perfect. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

i have a sweet tooth so was very happy that they served vegan french toast!!! 😍 this tasted exactly like regular ones and we will be back for brunch sometime. iirc this was $15+ which is a bit on the high side! #veganuary
