This dish was recommended by our waiter, as it was seasonal and new on the menu. It's basically a very moist grapefruit peel soaked in juice with black vinegar "pearls". It's interesting and probably nutritious since it has pretty clean ingredients, but I didn't think it was super special and I would've rather spent the money on some other dish.
