Fried Beancurd With Thai Chilli Sauce

This was better than I expected! I thought the sauce might be too sweet but the flavours were really balanced and the fried beancurd soaked up all the sauce, making for a really juice and tasty bite. This dish was sincere. The tofu was served hot n crispy. Was expecting the usual sweet chilli sauce but no, this thai chilli sauce was great. Not too sweet and some hints of lemongrass flavour in it. Cucumber and peanut toppings were fresh too.
