The impossible philly was crazy!!! It's STUFFED with the impossible meat and tons of veggies so be prepared to go home with leftovers. Overall, great bang for your buck if you like impossible meat a lot!
This was a Philly cheesesteak made with shredded Impossible Burger, fried onions, peppers, and melted vegan gouda. So meaty and tasty! Accompanied by a mildly spicy curry chickpea salad and a colada smoothie. $26 total and very delicious and satisfying.
