Double Boiled Lemongrass With Peach Gum

I think the use of lemongrass is quite innovative here, slightly sweet but it has that distinct lemongrass scent to it.

Not too much vegan options for dessert though, this is part of the 5-course set menu. Chose this since there’s no other options left. Just a sweet vegan dessert. Really wish they include more vegan friendly options in their menu, but still great that their menu is labelled well and is helpful. PS: their dishes individually are quite expensive it’s a better deal to go for the 5-course or the 8-course meal.

Not spectacular, but it’s rather decent — though lemongrass hint was subtle. Liked the gelatinous texture from the peach gum that made this dessert stood out slightly.
