Houston we have a taco! 🌮 I love this spot! The texture of these flautas is delightful, super crunchy and yet creamy and savory at the same time! With beans and rice! The ambiance here is cozy and has some magical galaxy art! They also have some baked goods that are vegan! This spot is entirely vegan. Amazing options here. El Palote is absolutely amazing. The service is awesome, the food is delicious, and it’s ALL VEGAN! My mom and I went to eat there and she had the flautas and they were amazing. I had the burrito with the carne guisada, and the texture was amazing, the spices were fantastic, it was legitimately the best Mexican food I have ever had! We also got churros for dessert and they were unmatched. I cannot praise this place enough! Please eat there!!
