Eggplant stack

Although this doesn’t look the most appealing, it was quite tasty. Had a veggie lasagna feel to it. A very herbal tomato sauce with eggplant and mushrooms underneath. Maybe need to work on the presentation but the flavour is there.

Awesome taste, warm and hearty good size. Great mix of flavors. Nice presentation
