Found this gem in Bend, OR.  I originally wanted the Braveheart (vegan shepherd's pie) but they ran out of it.  So I got this sandwich instead.  It has Beyond bratwurst, caramelized onions, sauerkraut and mustard in a pretzel roll and served with a side Caesar salad.  Very delicious! 😋
