So, whilst being glad to have seen more than one Vegan option on a menu
from a not so Vegan friendly town, I was not overwhelmed by the dish. It was ok. Really. It was a stir fry made with a sweet sauce. All I tasted was the sauce, reminded me of a store bought stir fry sauce we all know. The presentation was lovely. The staff are not educated about vegan anything, so with my side salad, I was given a clearly not-vegan dressing. These smaller towns need more vegans to come, so they might be more inclined to try harder. I will try the Vegan curry next time, hopefully it's a winner.
