Curry Fish Rice

I convinced my girlfriend to join me for a #veganuary lunch and she absolutely enjoyed it! The curry contains artificial fish patties, tofu, tomatoes, eggplant, and lettuce, and is served with a side of cucumbers and cherry tomatoes atop a lettuce for decor 💁‍♀️ It’s a more coconut-rich curry, isn’t spicy, but still lands itself a distinctly #Malaysian almost #Nonya taste 🥢 *the latte in the back is vegan too, with soy milk.

Delicious and not very spicy too. Healthy and environment are cosy
