Risotto alle ortiche e crema di fragole

Very good tasting risotto and an original and effective combination with a strawberry cream on top. The dish was part of a tasting menu that it is not thought to be vegan, but they kindly tailor made it to me, so they made all of the 6 dishes included plant based from appetizer to dessert.
