We were kind of full from the appetizers and struggled to finish our mains😂. Nonetheless they were all delicious. The curry yaki udon had a rich and flavour packed curry sauce coating the thick and juicy udon noodles. Topped with some cauliflower, pickled ginger and edamame.
My GF had this and I could eat it all day. Love the ingredients. They take care in prepping
Huge and hearty could not finish but that may have had something to do with the bucket cocktail I had before
udon noodles, curry sauce, bean sprouts, cauliflower, edamame, pickled ginger, picked red fresno peppers, and i add tofu. my main grievance with this restaurant is that the food is not particularly flavorful. it is not an authentic japanese restaurant by any means, but that doesn’t mean the food needs to be so watered down and flavorless. with a dish like this i was expecting big flavors, but even the curry sauce didn’t really have a strong curry flavor. with that being said, it does hit the spot for when i’m craving some hot noodles
