Super tasty and very fresh. Has a rich taste, which is not common for vegan pho dishes. A real find. Highly recommending

This super hearty Pho has rice noodles with veg broth, tofu, seitan and herbs. It was perfect on a chilly winter’s night 🥶🙌 just what I felt like!

Nice and warm classic pho. Vegetables were fresh and the soup not too salty.
