Having had a sensational series of main course dishes to share, we couldn’t resist sampling a couple of desserts.
This #charcoal yoghurt took our fancy.
The ingredients were blended in just the right proportion to hit all the notes of flavour. They included homemade #caramel #cashewnuts #soymilk #coconutpowder and a pretty topping of chocolate chips.
All praise to the chefs who’ve clearly been incredibly creative in designing these lovely, unfussy vegan delights.
