Char Siew Yam Crisp

Char Siew is originally made from barbecued pork. I could find a description for this but it was very good. I like the layer of yam 🍠 that was surrounded by a crisp outer layer and filled with a vegan chat siew alternative. #veganalternatives #deepfried
