I was curious about this bakery as their sourdough is quite popular. It has a softer texture compared to typical sourdough, apparently to suit the local palate. I would prefer a more traditional texture.
I found that for this #cranberry #sourdough bread, the bread itself isn’t sour at all. Only the cranberry is slightly sour. I don’t think the sourdough is that well done due to the crumb structure too. It’s also rather expensive for this small loaf.
I enquired the staff on which breads are vegan. The following types of breads are vegan: sourdough, multiseed, and 8 grain.
