Patatas Bravas

Wow! It’s amazing how this vegan sauce is so creamy and flavorful. It’s a homemade vegan mayo with turmeric which made it look yellowish. Of course the potato didn’t disappoint. It’s a Spanish style fried potatoes and is perfectly fried. ❤️
