Baingan Masala

This was the highlight of my visit to Jaggi’s. Authentic and flavorful 🌶 The naan brought out the richness of the dish. Adding a drop of lime makes a huge difference to the taste - in a good way 😆

This is cooked in the baingan bharatta style! It’s 3.20$ single portion serving + 0.20$ takeaway container!! Haven’t tried taking my own BYOB. It’s really very tasty! A bit heavy though! It’s an easy meal & I usually eat it with reduced carb wraps / chia wraps! Would recommend!! #veganuary
