This is my go-to dish when I’m craving easy, nutritious, and delicious food (but have
to try and not think about how I could make this at home!). This has delicious marinated kale, lots of quinoa, yummy turmeric cauliflower, tender balsamic mushrooms, fresh avocado, and perfectly cooked sweet potatoes. I usually opt to add in tomatoes as well for a rounded plate, but forgot to this time.
This also comes with a delicious spicy and garlicky tahini dressing that blends well with everything.
Always a favorite and great for any season!
