Incredible mushroom arancini with a rich sauce, fresh mushrooms and light risotto in a perfectly crispy (and huge!) ball. Great value at 3.50€

Arancina with mushrooms and porcini. It was really good but the one with ragù with veggie is tastier and more similar to the original version.

This was another amazing vegan arancina from Ke Palle, a street-food restaurant in Palermo on via Marqueda, one of the busiest streets in the center of the city. This time the filling was made with mushrooms and porcini mushrooms, very creamy and flavorful. This arancina, just like the other one I tried was perfectly fried, allowing its shell to be crispy and soft at the same time. The price of this dish was 3.50€. At the moment of my visit these arancine were not available at the counter but upon asking they said they just needed time to fry them, so if during your visit you don’t see them displayed don’t forget to ask for them because maybe it’s just a wait of a couple of minutes and it’s totally worth it! #arancine #arancini #veganarancini #palermo #sicily #streetfood #veganstreetfood

Arancina con funghi vari 🍄 e funghi porcini: una delizia! 😋 Da KePalle, nome evocativo diciamo così…, hanno diverse varietà di arancine vegane: ricordo quelle al ragù vegetale, queste ai funghi, e al pistacchio (che non ho potuto assaggiare perché quando siamo passate dal locale le avevano finite). Assolutamente da provare.
