Quinoa Con Verdure

Very interesting dish, the quinoa was cooked perfectly and there was an amazing balance in the flavors (you could taste both the spices and the vegetables). The presentation could be better, I didn’t like that pink line that almost looks like ketchup left on the plate 😂The overall experience in this place was good, the staff and the owner were professional, sweet and very kind
